All our open-web floor trusses are custom designed to support specific loads.  Because they are pre-fabricated, our floor trusses reduce installation costs, decrease labor, and help to eliminate callbacks.  

All our open-web floor trusses are produced using the finest grade of lumber and are designed to withstand additional loads such as cantilevers and concentrated weight.  HVAC, plumbing, and electrical wiring all pass easily through open-web flooring systems.  

Typical depths of open-web flooring are 12” to 24” but customization is possible.  Most floor trusses are spaced at 19.2” or 24” on center to maximize speed of installation.
